Supplier in the field of forging / forged parts
We are your supplier in the field of solid forming / forging technology, from forged corrugations to bushings, cylinders, blocks and rod material. Our delivery network can produce forgings up to a unit weight of 40 tons.
The steel grades available range from simple carbon steels to super duplex grades.
History
1995 – Establishment of the Josef Sigl industrial agency for open-die forged parts and seamlessly rolled rings
2006 – Change of name to IMS Forgings GmbH and Michael Sigl joins the company
2018 – Expansion of the product portfolio in the area of special solution bearing housings in partnership with Wälz & Gelenklager Lüneburg GmbH & Co. KG
2020 – Expansion of the product portfolio by PHL in the area of special bearing housing solutions in partnership with Wälz & Gelenklager Lüneburg GmbH & Co. KG

PHL Professional Hygienic Line housing units
Together with the Wälz- und Gelenklager Lüneburg GmbH & Co.KG, we act as the exclusive sales partner for PHL Professional Hygienic Line housing units in German-speaking countries. Together with you, we configure your desired stainless steel housing unit with appropriate seals, even for extreme areas of application, and deliver them to you pre-assembled.
Furthermore, we offer you the opportunity to refurbish the housings you have used and to send them back to you with new bearings and seals.
